Minutes of Commission meeting held on January 22, 2013
Present: Nathan Gumlaw, Chairperson, Marcia Beal, Marianne Martone
Absent: Patricia Caron, Neil Byrne and James Wettlaufer
Chairperson called the meeting to order at 7:00 PM. The minutes of the January 8, 2013 meeting were read and
approved.
Mail:
Received a work update for 21 Lakeridge Drive on a water line. Will need to be recorded.
Phone:
Received a message from Kevin Keller of 2 Farrar Drive. Nate will call them. They will present information at this meeting
Other:
Marianne Martone noted Northern Tree was taking down the trees of Gary Petzold of 26 Hamilton Drive. She asked the owner to come before the Board at our next meeting since he had no permit and had told Northern Tree that he did have one.
7:20 PM – Linda Caforio representing David Gates of 2 Farrar Drive came in with plans as per phone message for a Brady Built sunroom addition to his house. It was decided it was not in our jurisdiction.
7:40 PM – The meeting adjourned.
